At Matt Miller Pitching & Performance, we believe performance starts with how an athlete moves. Every service we offer is built around the Movement Matters™ approach—developing efficient, athletic movers rather than chasing quick fixes or isolated mechanics.
With over a decade of coaching experience, a background in Division I and professional baseball, and years of hands-on work developing pitchers of all ages, our training blends real-world experience with intentional, movement-based development. We focus on building clean arm action, efficient movement patterns, and durable mechanics that support long-term performance and arm health.
Athletes train using proven tools such as plyo balls, water bags, medicine balls, data analytics, and individualized drill work—each selected with purpose and tailored to the athlete’s age, experience, and goals. Whether training in person or remotely, every program is designed to challenge athleticism, improve movement efficiency, and create repeatable patterns that translate directly to performance on the mound.
Our goal is simple: help athletes move better, throw better, and stay healthy—now and for the long term.
